The World Organization of the Scout Movement/Asia-Pacific Region in collaboration with Scouts Australia is organizing the National Programme and Training Commissioner’s Forum organized based on Vision 2013 and to achieve one of the objectives under Youth Involvement priority area and in light of the World Scout Conference Resolution 10/05 (Educational Methods Structures).

The aim of this forum is to jointly gather National Youth Program Commissioners and National Training Commissioners (plus any other interested leaders) from the APR Region to discuss and share policies, promising practices and matters of interest to achieve our mission.

The first Youth Programme and Training Commissioner's Forum was organized from 7-10 July 2009 in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Report of the first forum is available in the website. Download the report.
